Georgia Tech has released its 2012 college baseball schedule. The Yellow Jackets will open their season February 17-19 with two games each against Winthrop and Kent State at the Winthrop Tournament in Rock Hill, SC.

After a Feb. 22 game at Georgia Southern, Tech plays its home opening series Feb. 24-26 with three games against Ohio State.

The Yellow Jackets open ACC play March 9-11 with a three game series at North Carolina State. Other conference road series are at Boston College, Wake Forest, North Carolina, and Virginia. They host Virginia Tech, Duke, Florida State, Clemson, and Miami in ACC action.

Danny Hall‘s squad also plays three games against arch rival Georgia during the 2012 season. Each school will host a game on its home campus, with the third game on May 9 in Atlanta’s Turner Field.

Georgia Tech also hosts a three game series vs. Charlotte May 5-6.
