College World Series teams from 2010 comprise six of the top 10 spots in the Baseball America 2011 Preseason College Baseball Poll.

Florida starts the season at number one, followed by 2010 CWS runner-up UCLA. Another ’10 CWS team, TCU, comes in at number three.

Fourth-ranked Vanderbilt is the the first team in the poll that did not go to Omaha last year. The Commodores lost to Florida State in Super Regional action. The rest of the top ten is Oklahoma, Texas, defending national champion South Carolina, Cal State Fullerton, Connecticut, and Clemson.

UConn is the only top 10 team that did not at least make it to a Super Regional last year, but the Huskies did win a school record 48 games before losing to eventual CWS participant Florida State in Regional play.
