27 Home Games Ready For Huskies…

Washington has released its 2012 college baseball schedule. The Huskies open their season February 17-19 with three games at San Diego State. They go back to southern California the second weekend of the season for three games at UC Irvine. That series is followed by a single game at Cal State Northridge on Feb. 27.

Yet another non-conference trip to California is slated for March 9-11 when UW travels to San Louis Obispo for a three game series with Cal Poly.

Washington plays its home opener on Feb. 21 against cross town rival Seattle. It’s one of three meetings between the two schools in 2012. The Huskies will host the first two match-ups.

A three game non-conference home series vs. Cal State Bakersfield is set for March 23-25. A two game home set vs. Gonzaga is slated April 9 & 10. Washington will also play a pair of home and home games against Portland.

The Huskies open Pac-12 play March 16-18 when they host Oregon. Other conference home series are against Stanford, Arizona, UCLA, and Washington State. Conference road series are at Oregon State, Cal, Arizona State, USC, and Utah.
