36 Home Games Set For Tigers…

Clemson has released its 2012 college baseball schedule. The Tigers begin their season with a six game homestand. It starts Feb. 17-19 with a three game series against Alabama-Birmingham. Maine then visits Clemson for three games Feb. 24-26.

The Tigers play three games in three days against their biggest rival, two-time defending national champion South Carolina, March 2-4. The first game is in neutral site Charleston, SC. Game two is in Columbia, with the series finale on March 4 at Clemson.

Home and home series with Georgia and Elon, a home game vs. Coastal Carolina and a three game home series vs. the College of Charleston are among the Tigers’ other non-conference series.

ACC play begins March 9-11 when Clemson hosts North Carolina. Other conference home series are against Boston College, Miami, North Carolina State, and Florida State. Conference road series are at Virginia, Duke, Maryland, Georgia Tech, and Wake Forest.
