In addition to the Saturday wins by San Jose State and Cal State Fullerton, #36 Hawaii also knocked off a top-10 team in the CB360 Composite National Rankings (CNR) by outlasting #6 Texas, 5-4 in a 15-inning marathon. Two other teams posted upset wins over top-30 teams in the CNR – as Toledo won again at #25 Louisville (4-2) to clinch that series while Indiana stopped #20 Connecticut, 3-1 in Corpus Christi, Texas, and Georgia evened its home series against #30 Baylor (4-3).
