Arkansas-Little Rock 2011 Schedule

Arkansas-Little Rock has announced its 2011 college baseball schedule. The Trojans have 29 home games set for the upcoming season, including an off campus game against 2010 College World Series participant Oklahoma.

UALR opens the 2011 campaign February 18-20 with a four game series in Nacodoches, TX vs. Stephen F. Austin. That’s followed by a single game against Louisiana Tech on Feb. 22 in Ruston, LA.

The Trojans play their first home games Feb. 25-27 when they host a three game series with Bradley. Louisiana Tech, IPFW and Southeast Missouri State also visit Little Rock to give the Trojans a nine game homestand.

Following those games UALR goes to Norman, OK for a three game series with Oklahoma. The Sooners will return the trip to Little Rock on May 4 for a single game at Dickey-Stephens Park, the home of the AA Arkansas Travelers.

Arkansas-Little Rock will play three games against two other Big 12 teams in 2011. They play a home and home series with Kansas and face Oklahoma State in Stillwater, OK on April 12.

Sun Belt Conference play opens March 18-20 when UALR hosts Arkansas State. Other Sun Belt home series are against Western Kentucky, Middle Tennessee State, Florida International, and Louisiana-Monroe. Road conference series are at Troy, South Alabama, Louisiana-Lafayette, Florida Atlantic, and Arkansas State.

The Sun Belt Conference Tournament is May 25-28 in Monroe, LA.
