Cotuit To Face Yarmouth-Dennis…
The Cotuit Kettleers will face the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox in the 2010 Cape Cod League Championship series. Cotuit beat Wareham 3-1 Tuesday to sweep its semifinal series 2-0, while the Red Sox capped a 2-0 sweep as well with a 13-4 win over the Orleans Firebirds.
Cotuit is the Cape’s Western Division champion. Yarmouth-Dennis is the Eastern Division champ.
The schedule for the championship series is as follows:
Best two out of three series
Game 1 – Wednesday, August 11, 2010 – Cotuit at YD at 3PM
Game 2 – Thursday, August 12, 2010 – YD at Cotuit at 3PM
Game 3 – Friday, August 13, 2010 – Cotuit at YD at 3PM (if necessary)
