Seven other players from around the nation  round out the week-4 Primetime Performers Weekly Honor Roll (listed below).

Drinnen delivered a 2-hit shutout at Oklahoma (#3 in the CB360 top-50), stopping a potent Sooners offense that entered the series leading the nation in team batting average (.383), runs scored (10.9/gm) and home runs (17, in 16 games). OU finished the day well below its eye-popping team standard, batting 2-for-28 (.071) against the veteran 6-foot-1, 215-pound lefty.

Drinnen’s 27 outs included six strikeuots and 11 others that came via groundballs, as he faced only 34 batters while working around five free passes (3 walks, 2 hit-batters).

LSU's Tyler Hanover

Hanover played a key role in #13 LSU sweeping its series against #7 Cal State Fullerton – helping return the Tigers to a spot among the nation’s top handful of teams. His production in those three games included seven times on-base (5-for-11, 2 walks). The spunky 5-6, 155-pounder factored into nine of his team’s runs (4 RBI, 5 runs scored) during the 7-6/7-6/10-2 sweep, adding a pair of stolen bases and a sacrifice bunt to his output from the 3-hole.

In the tight series opener, Hanover singled and scored during LSU’s 4-run bottom of the 8th (pushing the Tigers into the lead) to cap a 3-for-4 day (RBI, 2R, SB). One day later, it was Hanover’s bases-loaded walk (again in the 8th) that broke a tie and produced another thrilling 7-6 final (his day included 2RBI, 2R and a SB). Hanover closed the series with a single, walk, RBI, run scored and sac.-bunt in the 10-2 finale.

Earlier in the week, Hanover (1B, RBI, R, sac-fly) helped LSU win 6-1 over a Sacred Heart team that has posted four wins over CB360 top-50 teams during the past two weeks.
