Ole Miss 2011 Baseball Schedule

Ole Miss is the latest SEC school to release its 2011 college baseball schedule. The Rebels will open the new season by hosting a three game series with Wright State February 18-20. They continue their five game season opening homestand by hosting Memphis and Arkansas State in Oxford on Feb. 22 and 23, respectively.

After a three games series at Houston Feb. 25-27 the Rebels return home to begin a 15-game homestand that begins on March 1 with a two game series vs. Austin Peay. That series is followed by a three game set with Tulane.

Mississippi opens SEC play by hosting Alabama March 1-3. Other home SEC series are against Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi State, and defending national champion South Carolina. The Rebels go on the road to play Tennessee, LSU, Auburn, Florida, and Arkansas in conference action.

Ole Miss will face Southern Mississippi in both Hattiesburg and Pearl, MS and will also travel to Pearl to play Mississippi State in a mid-week non-conference game. Games in Pearl will be played at Trustmark Park, which is the home of the AA Mississippi Braves.

The SEC Tournament is May 25-29 in Hoover, AL.
