Washington State 2011 Baseball Schedule

Washington State is the latest Pac 10 school to unveil its 2011 college baseball schedule. The Cougars are set to play 23 games against teams that qualified for the 2010 NCAA Baseball Tournament. They open their season February 18-20 with three games at Cal State Bakersfield and then return home the following weekend for three games in Pullman, WA against UC Santa Barbara.

WSU is in Minneapolis, MN March 3-6 for two games against Minnesota and single games vs. Oklahoma State and South Alabama at the Metrodome Classic.

After a total of five home games against Dallas Baptist and Utah Valley the Cougars play a four game series at Fresno State March 17-20.

Washington State opens Pac 10 Conference play March 25-27 at California. Other Pac 10 road series are at Arizona State, Oregon State, and USC. Home conference series are slated vs. Stanford, 2010 College World Series runner-up UCLA, Washington, Arizona, and Oregon.

The Cougars play 15 straight home games from April 25-May 22 before heading to Pasco, WA to face Washington in a non-conference match-up. The regular season concludes with the series at USC.
